Dr. Megan N. Freeland began her career as a public health pharmacist for major US health institutions. An accidental IUD pregnancy caused an abrupt change in her career plans and led her down the path of becoming a side hustler, then a freelance writer, then the owner of a healthcare content marketing company—StockRose Creative, LLC.
Through StockRose, she helps innovative health companies create culturally-relevant health content to help educate their respective communities and improve their health outcomes. She appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with socially conscious health organizations advancing causes she cares about deeply, including women's health, reproductive justice, and digital health.
Megan graduated from Emory University in 2011 with a BA in Spanish and obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University in 2015.
