I’m sorry to hear about your troublesome period. Endometriosis tissue can often grow back again once an ablation is done. The speed at which it grows back varies from person to person. 

I would definitely consider seeing an endometriosis specialist, specifically to see what the next steps could be, including another ablation, trying a medication specifically for endometriosis to help with the pain, or an IUD to treat the endometriosis.
