Should I feel fluttery and mild tugging cramps in abdomen after sex?
It can be totally normal to have cramps after sex. There could be a number of reasons for this. When you orgasm it triggers uterine cramps and this can continue for some time after sex. If you are ovulating and have sex during this time you can also trigger uterine contractions more easily. If your cervix and uterus are slightly tilted (which is a fairly common anatomy difference) this could cause you to have more cramps after sex. Lastly, your partner’s semen contains prostaglandin which is a hormone that can trigger uterine cramping and some women can be more sensitive to it than others.
