My husband and I are trying to start a family, but after sex it feels like all of his sperm just falls out of me. Will this affect our chances of getting pregnant?

This is normal and should not affect your chances of getting pregnant. It may seem like all the sperm falls out, but there are plenty of sperm that is retained inside your reproductive tract after sex. On average, there are about 100 million sperm in each ejaculation, and it only takes one to get pregnant! If it makes you feel more comfortable, you can rest for 15 minutes after sex to maximize contact between sperm and egg, although there is no science to prove that it makes a real difference.
