My breasts hurt more than ever these past 2 months before my period and after, I have no appetite and I feel fatigued. Is there something I can take?
This is definitely something to chat with a health provider about, especially because of the accompanying low appetite and fatigue. I would ask for a full thyroid panel and investigation for any vitamin deficiencies. You also might want to double check your sex hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
The top vitamin deficiency that I see contributing to symptoms like this is low iron, even if you are not overtly anemic. You definitely want to have the work-up done first to make sure taking iron would be appropriate for you. For sore breasts prior to a period, generally there is so much about the diet that can help. See if you can work with a nutritionist to find out what specifically in your diet could help. Generally speaking, less refined carbohydrates, sugars, processed foods, and caffeine is helpful. Also increased movement and sleep optimization can’t hurt.
