I’ve tried the shot, pills, iud, and implant but all of them have caused me periods for months non stop. Is this normal?

No, this is not normal. Most of these options control bleeding, diminish it, or even stop regular bleeding. Some methods have the side effect of breakthrough bleeding, but not ongoing non-stop bleeding. I would have a conversation with your doctor about any potential structural causes that you might be able to detect with imaging, or perhaps further blood work, to identify the reason this is happening for you.
