I've been on birth control for years but just recently had a delay in my auto-refill, so I was off the pill for two full weeks. Since taking the pill again, I completely missed a cycle and it's been over a week. Is this normal? Did I just miss my period for this month? When should I contact my doctor?

Well, one thing you can do from home is take a urine pregnancy test just to be sure you didn’t miss your period because of that (if there was any risk of getting pregnant). You can expect some shift in your period with skipped pills especially for this length of time. It’s hard to tell if you will have missed your period for the month or not, but some change is to be expected. I would contact your healthcare provider if you have any questions at all!
