I've been feeling pressure in my undercarriage during ovulation, when wiping both front and back, and during intercourse, for example. Could this be an indication of uterine issues? Could it be related to my tilted uterus?

If you are not on birth control and your ovulation is not suppressed it can be normal to have pelvic cramping or even a feeling of “heaviness” during this time. A term that is used for this pain is called “Mittelschmerz”. If you have a heavy period, pain during intercourse, and passing a bowel movement comes with a feeling of heaviness, this could potentially indicate endometriosis and would be worth reviewing your symptoms with your primary care doctor or your gynecologist.
