Is it possible to get pregnant if you have a lump in your vagina?
It depends, but most likely yes. As long as the lump is not occluding the cervical os/opening, then yes. A good rule of thumb is that if blood can pass out of your body during menses with the presence of a lump, then yes, sperm can pass into the os and up into the uterine cavity and uterine tubes. If you are concerned about this, definitely talk to the doctor who diagnosed the cause/type of lump that you have.
