Is it OK to swallow vaginal fluids while engaging in oral sex with my girlfriend?

The short answer is yes, but there are some considerations. Intimacy through oral sex can be very playful and pleasurable for you and your partner. However, you should do what makes you feel most comfortable, and in a safe manner. Vaginal fluid is part of the normal functioning of the female body and consists mostly of water, and proteins. It can be watery & thin, or sticky & thick; it can be copious, or it can be scant, depending on the timing of her menstrual cycle. It is also typically not associated with any pain, itching, or odor. For these reasons, it is theoretically safe to consume.

However, certain sexual transmitted infections (STIs) can be transmitted through oral sex: herpes, human papilloma virus, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. For individuals who are not comfortable having with oral sex without barrier protection, you may want to consider using a dental dam. You may also want to consider speaking with your doctor about recommended testing and treatments for the type of sex you engage in. The bottom line is have fun, but be safe!

  • When I give my wife oral sex and when she has her orgasm, there is quite a lot of cum oozing from her vagina. I’ve never known any woman to cum so much and to have their cum be very sweet as well. I’ve lost count as to how much of her cum I’ve swallowed but it’s been a tremendous amount over the years! 💖

    • Thanks for sharing your experience about swallowing the fluids when your wife orgasms. I love going down on women. For my new girlfriend (who I like alot) Cunnilingus is new to her. Her ex husband wouldn’t and just recently she told me such after allowing me one time. (And I couldn’t kiss her til I brushed my teeth) She did enjoy it and is coming around to the idea. We need to communicate more.
