  • I know the struggle! I recently had to take antibiotics for BV. I hope it doesn’t come back. I’m making sure to always pee after sex, take probiotics. Never inserting washes inside of my vagina but only focusing on the vulva, limiting as much sugar as possible. I’m even considering using condoms even though I’m in a monogamous marriage.
