I’m usually not a coffee drinker, but this past month I’ve drank quite a bit. I’m on the 32nd day on my cycle , and still no bleeding. Can coffee make you miss your period completely? I’ve taken two pregnancy tests, both negative.

If you typically have regular cycles, then yes, I would be suspicious that coffee (and whatever else may be behind the coffee drinking – perhaps added stress) could be part of why your cycle is longer this month. Coffee and caffeine in general, can alter our hormones (specifically by raising cortisol), and if you are sensitive, this can happen more easily.
