I'm 31 and my menstrual cycle only lasts about two days. I'm feeling depressed, and afraid I won't be able to get pregnant in such a condition. Please help!
I’m so sorry you are feeling depressed. I hope you have support around you to help with how you are feeling and that you’re able to speak to your primary care provider as well. Your menstrual cycle is actually the time between bleeding periods rather than the number of days you are bleeding. In terms of the number of days you are bleeding, two days can be a normal length and in any case the number of days you bleed doesn’t necessarily have an impact on your ability to get pregnant. That being said I would not hesitate to check in with your primary care physician or gynecologist to review your concern.
