I often release a lot of fluid between periods, so much so that I wear panty liners on a regular basis. Is it normal to be this "moist" all the time?
Vaginal discharge is a normal process that the body uses to self clean, and prevent infections. It seems that your body prefers lots of lubrication to carry out its functions, which may be your version of ‘normal!’ You may tend to feel most moist in between periods, during your fertile window as you near ovulation. Keep in mind that normal discharge is also typically not associated with pain, itching, or odor. Even in the absence of other symptoms, consider getting tested for sexually transmitted infections, including gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, mycoplasma, ureaplasma because copious vaginal discharge may present as the sole symptom. If you have other symptoms that include pelvic pain, itching, or odor, speak with your doctor about investigating other underlying causes.
