I’m so sorry to hear about your ectopic pregnancy and your failed IUD, I’m sure that was a scary experience! What’s great is that pregnancy is absolutely possible with one fallopian tube, especially if you and your other fallopian tube are in a healthy state and you have a functioning ovary.
