It can be difficult to tell if you have reached climax, but there are some physical signs that provide clues. Increased vaginal lubrication is definitely one of the signs, but you may also experience an increased heart rate, rapid breathing, your nipples may become erect, and sensation of climbing tension in your body with the strong need to release centered in your pelvis until your orgasm. Keep in mind, increased vaginal lubrication alone can occur without a climax during sexual stimulation in general! If you are still not sure if you have experienced the sensation of orgasm, and feel comfortable with your body, you may want to try self stimulation, or clitoral stimulation to induce the sensation. That way, you will know what it feels like when you are intimate with your partner.
