I would love some advice on any bloating 'hacks.' Mine has been terrible recently!
Unfortunately, there are no real “hacks” for bloating. If you are having this issue, and especially if it is worsening, use this as a motivating sign from your body to make an appointment with your doctor. They may want to refer you to a gastroenterologist for a thorough look at what’s going on.
